Dead in Space

Captain Zor' jumped back as part of the ship, the X - mor, suddenly exploded. And watched as 3 crew-men flew out into space. "Grr..." he mumbled. Suddenly he shot a huge blast of blue fire out of his hands as he tried to close the whole with his ice powers.
He closed the whole, "But only temporarily, get this fixed, and return fire!" he yelled as he walked over to his control panel. "How much damage have we taken?" he asked the Lieutenant.

Pyro cringed as a the wall a few meters down the hall exploded in a fiery mass of twisted metal. "Need I answer?!" He glanced at the view screen as a huge Pirate ship just docked with them. "They took out everything! All that's left is the hull! Even life support is down!" He tried one last time to compensate for Life support, but cursed under his breath when the console short-circuited beneath his hands. "Were being boarded Captain, and they don't look friendly!"

"Ready the men!" Zor' yelled as he ran to the door. 20 men ran up behind him including Pyro. there was silence...Then suddenly the blast door burst open. Pirates ran in blasting their guns, Zor' ran up to one jumped on him and pinned him to the ground with ice, and ran to fight more.

Pyro grabbed Zor' and pulled him behind him. "Head for the escape pods! The ship is gone, taken, finished. I'll lead them off, but you have to lead everybody away Captain, okay? Go! GO!!" Pyro watched as Pirate after Pirate came running down the corridor, they were surprised to see only one man blocking their path. But their surprise was the end of them. Pyro spread his arms wide, a heat wave rising from each hand (such as you would see on the road on a hot day.). Then with a powerful thrust he sent an inferno down the corridor that engulfed the Pirates and welded the airlock shut. Suddenly feeling weak he ran off to join his Captain.

Zor' got to the escape pods, one pirate followed had him. The pirate thew a punch but missed, Zor' grabbed the pirate's stomach and watched as he turned into a giant ice cube. He saw Pyro coming and got into the escape pod. "Hurry!".

Pyro saw more Pirates coming, but here is space, without their ship fully operational, he didn't have the strength to fight them all off. Looking around, he found himself trapped. The escape pod was only feet away, but debris had blocked off the passage. The console to his right was still functional, so he hit the override for the Captain's pod, sending them off to the nearest planet. A Pirate suddenly came forward with an electro stick, a device used to knock out enemies in a single hit. Pyro didn't see it coming. The pirate thrust it so hard it got stuck in Pyro's armor. But instead of feeling the intense jolt of electricity, he felt only a minor discomfort, discomfort and a rush of energy through his body.
"Big mistake..." The Pirate suddenly burst into flame, and the entire corridor with him.

Zor' looked out the window to see the his ship exploding. He groaned, Suddenly a voice came from the computer. "escape pod entering the Dranton system, in T-minus 5 minutes." Zor' turned back to the window...

Pyro leaped into an escape pod just as the ship imploded, he knew all those explosives that they were shipping would come in handy. The pod's door closed just in time, but Pyro was knocked unconscious from the blast. The pod shot toward an unknown planet, and his friends.

As Zoroark looked out the window, he saw a little speck, "T-minus 60 seconds" the computer beeped. suddenly the speck started getting larger, "T-minus 20 seconds...please fasten belts." Zor' got in the seat and waited...

Pyro was still unconscious as his pod sped past his friends. the Planet was not in visual range, but that didn't matter much when a guy was going to be blown apart anyways. But when he hit the atmosphere, the pod slowed and the automatic guidance system was able to take back control of the pod. After that, the pod simply crashed into the planets surface and sent out the routine distress signal.

During the attack from the Pirates, Marvin had fired as many shots as he could. However, it was now impossible, so he ran to an escape mod just before the whole ship blew up.
---20 minutes later---
Now on the planet, he broke open the window and looked around. Beep, beep, beep. It seemed that something was making a noise. He walked around. BEEP BEEP. It was another pod. He tapped on the window. Nothing.

Pyro groaned inside the pod. Fortunately for him, most of the primary systems were still online. He wondered if the Captain and the crew were alive. He reached for the release hatch, but before he could touch it, he blacked out again.

Zor' groaned..."Uhg..." he pushed the button to open the hatch. he squinted as he saw light for the first time in a long time. He crawled out, his feet landed on the ground. "Now...to just find the others..."

Pyro woke again, a face appeared outside the window of his pod. After one last glance toward the access port, he fell unconscious.

Marvin peered in. The person, whoever he was, passed out again. Marvin yanked it open quicly and dragged the person out. Then he mildly slapped him.

Pyro woke up suddenly and put a knife the the man's chest. Although his vision swam before him, he wasn't about to be attacked off guard.
"Who are you?" he asked in a raspy voice.

Marvin was shocked that the man held a knife to his chest. He shrugged it off and said, "Whoa, I was on the ship. It wad destroyed, you remember? I think I've seen you around...I'm Marvin."

Pyro growled and tried sheath the knife, but he blacked out again and fell to the ground.

Marvin shook his head and dragged the body, grunting and heaving, out of the pod. He set him down on the red dirt and sneezed. Then he sat down.

Zor' heard talking in the distance, he started walking towered the voices, he took his blaster with him just in case they weren't who he though they we're.

Pyro was still unconscious when Zor' found them. Marvin still dragging Pyro's limp body across the sands, saying some lightly colored words about how heavy the body was.

Marvin saw the person who was following them. He ignored him and kept on moving, muttering things he shouldn't have said about the body. Finally he put him down and pulled out some water.

Pyro woke up and touched Marvin's arm. "I might throw up on you..." he teased.

Marvin jumped, then looked down at the man..."Oh...I see Sleeping Beauty awoke," he teasd back. But then he said, "How are you feeling?"

"Like I just got the wind nocked out of me. But I feel terrible anyways. You got any water?"
